  • What are you return policy?
    Accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Accept exchanges. Window for any returns or exchanges are 30 days from delivered date. Any returned or exchanges are the responsibilities of the customer. Restocking fee are 30%. Refund processing time are 3 business days.
  • We are concerned that we have been wronged by a calibration company we have used. Are you able to look into the data to see if it's acceptable?
    Yes! Our focus is in electrical calibration. We have no issues looking into your calibration data to ensure your previous calibration lab have been successfully meeting their business promise; if any, to ensure they comply with ISO9001 via ISO17025 and/or compliance to ANSI/NCSL Z540-1:1994 and ANSI/NCSL Z540.3-2006.
  • What is the cost if we send you calibration data from previous calibration lab to inspect the data?
    Whether the data is with measurement uncertainty or no uncertainty. As long as it's electrical calibration, we can fulfill your needs. If we find nothing wrong with the data, it is ZERO dollar on your end. If we find the data which violate your terms and agreements upon purchase along with them violating their quality standards such as ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and/or compliance to ANSI/NCSL Z540-1:1994 and ANSI/NCSL Z540.3-2006, we will reach out and let you know we have found issues and contact you to see if you want us to release the findings to you which comes with a cost.
  • Will your company represent us in legal actions?
    We do not give legal advises as you need to speak to your attorney. However, we will represent you that we have fully digested the data, built a case around the calibration data(s), and have given you all of our findings.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
